Concession Fare for RapidKL Bus Service is available for :
- Senior Citizens (with RapidKL Senior Citizen Card)
- The disabled registered with Social Welfare Department (Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat - JKM)
- School-going children in Government school uniform
Senior citizens (with RapidKL Senior Citizen Card) and the disabled registered with Social Welfare Department (Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat - JKM) are entitled to their respective concession fares when they produce their respective cards upon purchasing the tickets.
The following disability categories based on the JKM Card are entitled to Concession Fare :
- Blind (Penglihatan)
- Deaf (Pendengaran)
- Physically handicapped (Fizikal)
- Mentally Handicapped [Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, Autism, Retarded] (Masalah Pembelajaran)
- Cerebral Palsy
- Others [more than one type of disability] (Lain-lain)
